GOSKYSCOUT PLANNING GUIDE

How Goskyscout compares flights

A useful flight comparison is more than a row of prices. Goskyscout sends a dated itinerary to a comparison partner, then gives travellers independent planning context for airports, baggage, connections and transfers.

Use this guide with live results

Search results show offers for the selected itinerary. This page supplies the questions that make those offers comparable.

What the search does

The search form passes the route, dates, cabin, passenger mix and display currency to the comparison provider. The provider returns the current options available to it. Goskyscout does not invent a fare, guarantee availability or rank an airline as permanently cheapest. Prices can change between search and payment, so the selected provider’s final screen is the controlling offer.

How to compare like with like

Keep dates, passenger count, cabin and baggage need constant. Then compare the total payable amount, operating airline, airport codes, stop count, connection time and ticket conditions. Add checked bags, seat fees and both ground transfers before deciding which result is better value. A lower headline fare can be more expensive after those items.

What our route guides add

Route pages explain airport-code traps, arrival planning, baggage questions, separate-ticket risk and useful official sources. They are reviewed as editorial guidance, not presented as a live reservation system. Each page states what must be checked again because schedules, entry rules and transport arrangements change.

How Goskyscout earns

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If a traveller completes a qualifying booking, Goskyscout may receive a commission at no extra cost to the traveller. Commercial tracking is kept separate from the editorial rules: commission does not turn an unverified claim into advice.
