By using Goskyscout, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its flight-search tools.
Comparison service only
Goskyscout is a flight-comparison and travel-information service. It is not an airline, travel agency, ticket seller, payment processor or party to a booking made with an external provider.
Search results, prices and availability
Search results are supplied by external travel services. Fares, schedules, seats, baggage, currencies, taxes, fees, aircraft and availability can change without notice. Information shown by the booking provider at checkout controls the transaction. Goskyscout does not guarantee that a result is complete, available or the lowest price.
Fare alerts
A fare alert is a planning aid, not a guaranteed live-price service or booking offer. Delivery may not be immediate, and a fare may change or disappear before you open an email or complete a booking. Confirm the current total and conditions with the booking provider.
Travel information is general
Route guides are general planning information, not legal, immigration, medical or professional travel advice. Confirm passports, visas, entry and transit rules, health requirements, terminals, connection procedures and ground transport with the relevant government authority, airline, airport or other official provider.
Your booking contract
Before payment, check passenger names, dates, airports, operating carriers, baggage, fare rules, total price and provider identity. Your booking contract is with the airline or travel agency that issues it. Direct questions about payment, changes, refunds, cancellations, missed connections or disruption to that provider.
Affiliate links and external services
Some outbound links are affiliate links and may result in compensation to Goskyscout. External providers control their websites, results, booking services, security, availability, terms and privacy practices. Following a link does not mean Goskyscout guarantees or endorses every service offered there.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, overload the service, scrape it in a way that impairs availability, or use Goskyscout content or branding to mislead or impersonate the service.
Intellectual property
Goskyscout™ is a trademark used to identify Goskyscout’s flight-comparison services. The Goskyscout name, logo, original route-guide text, graphics and website design may not be copied, republished, impersonated or used to create a confusingly similar service without permission. Third-party airline, airport and travel-provider names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Website availability
Goskyscout may change, suspend or discontinue a page or feature and may correct errors without prior notice. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security work or events outside Goskyscout’s control.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Goskyscout provides the website and general travel information without warranties about uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular trip. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top identifies the current version. Continuing to use the website after an update means the revised terms apply from that date.
