Flight-search information
Route, travel dates, passenger counts, cabin and currency choices are used in your browser to create a search request and transfer those selections to the travel-search partner. Goskyscout does not ask for names, passport details, account passwords or payment-card information in its flight-search forms.
Fare alerts and email choices
When you request a fare alert, the email, route, travel window, currency, alert preference, consent choice and request source you provide are included in an email addressed directly to Goskyscout. The alert request and any optional permission for broader route updates are separate choices. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@goskyscout.com.
Bookings and payments
Goskyscout does not create user accounts or process bookings and payments. The airline, travel agency or travel-search partner you choose receives and processes any traveller, account, payment and booking information you submit on its website under its own privacy policy.
Technical and security information
The website host and delivery infrastructure may process information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, time, referring page and security events to deliver the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliability.
Analytics used with consent
Only after you select Accept analytics, Goskyscout enables Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits, flight-search events, fare-alert interactions, affiliate redirects, errors and interaction information such as clicks and scrolling. Clarity may use this information to produce heatmaps and session replays that help identify usability problems. Email addresses are not sent to analytics. Advertising storage, ad-user data and ad-personalisation signals are set to denied in Goskyscout’s analytics configuration. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Why information is used
Technical information is used to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. Consent-based analytics is used to understand performance and improve pages and search tools. Search selections are used to complete the action you request. Fare-alert details are used to manage the updates you requested, and broader emails are sent only when you make that optional choice. Goskyscout does not sell personal information.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting, email, analytics and travel-search providers may process information in countries other than your own. Each provider applies its own safeguards and privacy terms. Review the linked provider policies and the policy shown by the airline or travel agency before giving it personal information.
Retention
Goskyscout does not maintain customer booking records. Fare-alert requests and consent evidence are kept only as long as needed to provide the requested updates, meet legal obligations or resolve a complaint. The analytics-consent choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Hosting and analytics records are retained under the relevant provider settings and policies for only as long as needed for their stated purposes.
Your privacy choices and rights
You can decline or withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings and stop fare-alert or marketing emails at any time by emailing info@goskyscout.com. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Send a request with enough detail to identify the issue; identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Children’s privacy
Goskyscout is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not knowingly create accounts for children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through a service connected from Goskyscout should contact that service and notify info@goskyscout.com.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top identifies the current version.
