If a package advertises transport, confirm the arrival coverage and meeting details in writing. An alternative landing at JED must include its onward journey and any hotel or timing implications.

Check luggage without assuming a group entitlement

Review the allowance for each passenger and sector on the booking. A group organiser's summary can miss a different fare family, infant condition or partner-operated flight. Confirm special-item acceptance before paying for capacity. Keep important documents accessible in the cabin, and check Saudi customs guidance independently; an airline's permission to carry a bag does not authorise every item in it.
